conditions, equipment, and systems of work to protect all our employees, delivery

framework, processes and initiatives for the protection and conservation of the
environment as well as our assets. -

Our Approach
Safety and Environmental Excellence is achieved through a
combination of right behaviours and deliberate actions. We
have a strong and evolving HSE culture, powered by
focused initiatives that are led by the leadership of FIRST E&P. We employ an integrated HSE Management System
(HSE-MS) aligned to international standards and industry
best practice.
- We ensure that all our activities either executed directly or through our contractors are underpinned by a robust hazard and effect management process.
- By identifying risks and deploying preventive and proactive strategies, we develop an approach that ensures safety is a critical part of our business sustainability. To underpin
this approach, the FIRST E&P Nine (9) Lifesaving Rules provide practical and work level guidelines to ensure safety requirements are adhered to. - We provide tailored engagements and training sessions for all our employees, contractors, and third parties to support awareness, knowledge, understanding of safety requirements, and improvement in requisite skills for safety-critical deliveries.
- We always ensure that our asset development lifecycle considers potential and associated impacts on the environment, and we strive to protect the ecosystems within our immediate operational environment and adjoining communities.
