What we do
We are at the forefront of powering Africa’s future through sustainable and integrated energy solutions. We specialise in the exploration, development, and production of oil and gas assets, primarily focusing on the shallow waters of the Niger Delta.
Operations
Our journey in the energy sector is defined by a commitment to operational excellence, sustainable development, and meaningful community engagement, distinguishing us as we push the boundaries of exploration and production.
Projects
Pioneering in Anyala
Phase 1A marked the commencement of our full field development journey, featuring seven development wells with eight completions in the Anyala West field. This phase was distinguished by the deployment of two appraisal wells, which not only confirmed upsides in hydrocarbon resources but also opened new development opportunities. A significant milestone in this phase was the successful drilling from a Conductor-Supported Platform (CSP)
New Frontiers in Madu Field
In Phase 1B, we turned our focus to the Madu field, approximately 23km northwest of Anyala. Known for its simpler structure and multiple-stacked reservoirs, Madu’s development plan included five oil development wells and a gas injector well to support our zero-flaring policy. This phase embodied our strategic vision to expand production capacity and leverage our shared infrastructure, such as the FPSO Abigail-Joseph, to process production from both Anyala and Madu wells efficiently. Production commenced from this field in April 2024.
Abigail-Joseph FPSO
A cornerstone of our phased development strategy is the FPSO Abigail-Joseph, a floating production, storage, and offloading vessel, serving as a shared facility for the OMLs 83 and 85 fields. With a capacity to process 60,000 stb/day of oil, 25,000 stb/day of water, and 39 MMscfd of gas, this FPSO continues to play a pivotal role in our operational efficiency and sustainability goals.
Gas Development
Aligned with our gas strategy, we are dedicated to routing both associated and non-associated gas from Anyala and Madu fields to a designated gas processing hub in Anyala. When implemented, this hub will provide an export line to the domestic gas market, reinforcing our commitment to energy sustainability and market supply security.
